BREWING FACTORY: Craft Beer & Fusion Taste

As part of COMPLEX FEST 2024: Craft & Print Union, held from October 15-20, 2024, BREWING FACTORY served as a gathering place for “craftsmen” to showcase their craft beers, offering participants the chance to enjoy them alongside fusion cuisine on October 19-20.

Under the theme “Craft & Print Union,” BREWING FACTORY created a vibrant “beer factory” atmosphere featuring craft beer and wine brands such as Overmorrow, Pasteur Street, 7 Bridges, B’ross and Bewine. A standout feature of BREWING FACTORY was the unique pairing of craft beers with special fusion tastes by Mợ, TaCỗ, and 85°C Bakery & Coffee, offering a diverse culinary experience for guests.

Additionally, various entertainment activities, including dare pong by Ừng Ực World, along with exciting music from DJs, Open Mic, and Live Music, added to the lively and energetic atmosphere of the craft factory.

BREWING FACTORY attracted a large number of attendees, contributing to the overall success of COMPLEX FEST 2024. The event not only offered engaging craft beer experiences but also promoted Vietnamese craft beer culture and reinforced COMPLEX 01’s role in connecting communities through creative cultural activities.
