[Free Psychological Support Project] Listening Without Judgement – Season 3

The community psychological support project ” Listening Without Judgement – Season 3″ has officially concluded after 8 weeks of vibrant activities. This was a meaningful collaboration between Mien Hai Dang Psychology Office and COMPLEX 01, aimed at bringing practical value to the community. 

Following the success of the previous two seasons in 2022 and 2023, the third season of the project was implemented from November 1, 2024, to December 28, 2024. The participation of COMPLEX 01 has significantly expanded the project’s scale, helping to reach and support more individuals in the community.

With the goal of creating a safe and professional space, the project attracted participants aged 18 to 50. Here, they could freely share their psychological difficulties such as stress, anxiety, sadness, or relationship issues. Each participant was provided with a completely free one-on-one psychological counseling session lasting 60 minutes, conducted either in person or online.

The project operated consistently with 4 sessions per day from Monday to Saturday throughout the 8 weeks, with evening counseling sessions held at COMPLEX 01 . Notably, the counseling team consisted of final-year psychology students from prestigious universities in Hanoi, closely supervised by experienced psychologists from Mien Hai Dang.

The success of Season 3 was demonstrated not only through the number of participants but also through the professional quality and dedication of the organizing team. The project has truly contributed to raising mental health awareness in the community while creating a professional psychological support environment for young adults in Vietnam. This marks an important step in building an increasingly robust mental health care system in Vietnam.
