PROGRAM: LOVE EVERY JOY
Love Every Joy – An Art Experience and a Space for Connection with Neurodivergent Children at COMPLEX 01
Love Every Joy created a welcoming space where neurodivergent children, their families, and the wider community came together to experience art and meaningful connections. Visitors were invited to explore the works of these young artists, created over six months of artistic practice. Alongside the exhibition, the program featured interactive activities, games, and vocational experience sessions, fostering mutual understanding between children and the community while opening up opportunities for career development for neurodivergent youth.
Through Love Every Joy, Tohe Fun and Tokio Marine aimed to raise awareness of the values of diversity and inclusion, contributing to a community where every individual is respected, given opportunities, and embraced with openness and compassion.
Program Highlights:
- An exhibition showcasing paintings and handmade works created during the six-month art program.
- “Step into the World of an Autistic Child”, an immersive experience featuring two installations, Bồng bồng and From There, From Here, helping visitors better understand the sensory experiences and social interactions of autistic children.
- “Connecting with Autistic Children”, including:
Two art workshops where participants met and created alongside two autistic young artists, learning about their interests, creative inspirations, and artistic styles.
Two vocational experience stations led by teachers and autistic trainees, introducing different crafts, answering questions about vocational training, and inspiring career pathways for children and young people with special educational needs.
