NO-PHONE READING PARTY #1: “MỜI ĐỌC”
No-Phone Reading Party is a community event series for book lovers and reading enthusiasts, creating a quiet space to step away from digital devices and fully immerse in the experience of reading.
Upon arrival, participants put away or seal their electronic devices and bring their own books or choose one from the on-site selection. After 1–2 hours of uninterrupted reading, the session opens into a relaxed time for tea, conversation, and sharing thoughts on the books they have just read — creating opportunities to connect with like-minded people.
Originating from The Offline Club in the Netherlands, the concept has gained interest and expanded across communities around the world. In Vietnam, CA’ Library and Nghề Nghệ have brought the first edition to life with venue support from COMPLEX 01, creating a space for reading, focused attention, and community connection.
No-Phone Reading Party #1 is co-organized by CA’ Library and Nghề Nghệ, with support from COMPLEX 01 (venue), THEN Jungle Tea (tea), and Thái Hà Books (books). The event poster was designed by Nghề Nghệ.
