1️⃣ ABOUT THE PROJECT

Stress, anxiety, loss of direction, difficulty in social relationships, etc. are common psychological difficulties of young people nowadays. Their solution is simply to hide and face everything alone, finding temporary methods to “cover up” psychological problems. Especially for the LGBTIQ+ community, sharing their thoughts is even more difficult because they are always afraid of being judged and discriminated against by others. Understanding that situation, COMPLEX 01 and Mien Hai Dang Psychology Office “joined hands” to create the community psychological consultation project “You open your heart – I understand” taking place during this Pride month.

2️⃣ ABOUT THE METHOD

Each project participant receives a completely free 1-1 consultation with young counselors, well-trained in Psychology at major universities in Hanoi. During 60 minutes, you can share your stories and secret thoughts in a safe, professional space without having to worry about receiving any judgment. Counselors will listen, support and balance participants’ emotions, and detect at-risk cases to advise on deeper forms of intervention support.

Besides, after participating in the project, you will join the close community of Mien Hai Dang and can receive cost incentives for any psychological services at Mien Hai Dang.

Note, the event requires pre-registration! Please register to participate in this meaningful project via the COMPLEX 01 app to listen, solve problems and receive useful advice from consultants!

3️⃣ HOW TO REGISTER

Step 1: You register a ticket at the COMMUNITY PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTATION: YOU OPEN YOUR HEART – I UNDERSTAND event with information about your personal phone number.
Step 2: Please pay the RESPONSIBILITY DEPOSIT (50,000 VND). Responsibility deposit will be used to ensure attendance at the shift. After completing the consultation, the responsibility deposit will be returned to you.
Step 3: Mien Hai Dang consultants will directly contact and confirm your registration schedule
Step : Participate in psychological consultation according to the time registered in the application

4️⃣ REGARDING CONFIDENTIALITY ISSUES DURING CONSULTATIONS

All personal information you fill in this registration form is committed to confidentiality by Mien Hai Dang and will not be disclosed to third parties for any reason.

During your consultation, there will be a counselor who will directly listen and chat with you.

In addition, there will be an additional professional supervisor who will listen to the consultation session but will not interfere with your consultation (This activity is to ensure that the counselor works professionally with you and protects the safety of the consultation).

The issues you share within the consultation session will be kept completely confidential and will not appear anywhere else outside the consultation room.
