COMPLEX 01 - a Community Mall repurposed from an old factory in Hanoi
With the goal of building a common roof for Hanoi’s cultural diversity needs, COMPLEX 01 creates an interdisciplinary connection space and promotes artistic – cultural exchange between all groups of people in the community. An industrial factory formed nearly half a century ago has been reconstructed into a new space, preserving old memories, creating cultural values, contributing to the creative economy and ensuring sustainable development for the urban area
COMPLEX 01 – a connecting point
Characterized as a Community Mall in the spirit of “time to connect”, COMPLEX 01 includes 4 main sectors: shopping, F&B, workshops, and events without any limitation of active collaboration among independent individuals and entrepreneurs. Besides, community groups such as crafts, music, cinema, architecture, etc. are also regularly active here. COMPLEX 01 is designed to be a space for the common community, the “common ground” for communities of interest to meet and connect. COMPLEX 01 promotes diversity and multi-dimensional exchange among people in the city.
